that's the old 12% and you do need to work on it, the dietician will tell you the NHS healthy plate, with 12% you are going to need more than metformin to eat itBeen to the dr's this morning and HBa1c levels are 102
From what I have read this is very high...
On an up sode I have had podiatrist and dietician appointments through.
I would ask the dr, go low carb and you may get some eye problem with this or meds, so get the retinopathy scan, I'd get it every 3 mths till my BG is normal range and stable
