Hopefully you won't get the upset tummy that some experience at first. It is only temporary though, and if it persists you can ask for it to be changed to the slow release version that is kinder on the tummy.

Hey just been out for a family meal. I had a mixed grill with a handful of sweet potato fries. I walked the dog for 45 minutes came back and my bloods were 7.3 xx
