NHS fines

I take my mother in law for back injections once a month.
I collect her from the ward as she's doped up by then, what's annoying with our trust is there's no provision for drop off or collection of patients unless its the pay and display car park down a steep incline.
Irritating , sorry if it's somewhat off topic:x
