Nice simple introduction to the Paleo lifestyle

Stephen, I fully support and endorse the Primal/Paleo lifestyle, but I point blank refuse to eat Bison brain no matter how good for me it might be!! :lol:

Ha ha. I'd eat it.

I embrace Paleo to the degree that I want to go out and kill some animals (although with guns rather than spears). I've thought for a long time that you probably shouldn't eat meat unless you're prepared to dispatch some yourself.
