The ones I’ve seen have been tested by T1s who have pushed thier BGs to the limits (both directions.) & comparing with more traditional methods of BG measurement.

You’d never know the noninvasive devices like the watch don’t actually work unless you are diabetic with access to a meter to gauge what’s actually happening.
