Yes, it's quite good for recognising the triggers that make you want to eat junk foods and for helping consistency, but as @Resurgam says it encourages you to eat fruit and grains. There are messages to reward yourself with fruit which I found annoying as I love fruit but my BGs don't, so I cancelled.
Glad someone asked about this as I was tempted. I'm mainly with My Fitness Pal and here for the community. Working on lowering my carbs though its tough!
