Nothing To Do With The Bread Then?!

Many thanks for that @KennyA - love that central illustration. And not often one reads such a sensible article like that summing up the SFA controversy and trying to turn the actual evidence into straight forward communication to people on what would be a healthy diet.

Very handy too, to pass on to one's friends who want to be healthier and slimmer but are still very concerned about SFA, and of course - meat.

I would be very careful with population studies. Yes, they corrected for a lot, but data are still limited. People who do not eat meat or eat only little meat usually adhere to public health advice and heavier meat eaters do not. It is difficult picking all this apart. I grew up in a heavily meat eating family, and we ate huge amounts of rice, pasta, bread etc too!

I just read this morning about a very popular gluten free brand (simple mills) has been shown to contain unsafe (for celiac)levels of gluten in three of their very popular products (one which I loved a few years back, their yummy almond flour crackers) AND high levels of glyphosphate….and it’s supposed to be organic!
I no longer have any packaged food….

and I too am considered weird!
Glyphosates are in near enough everything! Inc our Water and Waterways.
Years back they had an agreed "Safe limit" then WHO etc had to keep revising upwards as the levels was increasing year on.

They say we are what we Eat! But more like we are what they poison us with?.
Got talking to a guy on the bus about the thing with Seed oils etc and he said we are releasing a video soon called The Men that made us Fat!
I will try to find out more about it if others like? as pretty sure is done in a film/art studio place near me.
