Alright maybe it's not as comprehensive as the thread title suggests but I figured some people might find it useful.

That's an American site,Lion so the calculations on carbs are a bit different.I seem to remember Ally saying something about how they calculate fibre etc.

I've used that site, fine if you can remember what the US name is.

As to the fibre. In the US they give a carb count that includes fibre, then the amount of fibre.
Ie carb 40 fibre 5 then carbs excluding fibre would be 35

In Europe the carb count already has the fibre taken away, though its still listed separately.
ie for the same item it would list carb 35 fibre 5.

American sites are less use for manufactured products even if they're called the same thing since manufacturers make things to different recipes for different markets.
That applies between European countries too.
