Made me smile. We went to a huge Woolies in Croydon around 1975 and bought the lot in tangerine. Remember struggling back to the car with it.I can imagine someones little princess getting this in this day and age.

Me too, Fruitella. in 1975, except ours were in bright yellow! I don't think our set included the mop or carpet sweeper. Perhaps that's why I still hate cleaning floors!

We're still using the tangerine laundry basket we were given in 1971.... interestingly enough it doesn't feature in the set illustrated. Ours must have been the DeLuxe version!
15 pounds was quite a lot of money back then, no? What sort of money would that be in today's terms?

about £180 in todays money apparently! so it was a lot of money for some lumps of plastic!
