Cos it tastes nicer?

Wouldn’t argue with that particularly, although I had some Swiss chard swimming in butter with my shin or beef yesterday and both were amazing.

It is interesting to see how people are influenced by threads on the forum. Carnivorous eating seems to be featured a lot currently.

Not that anything about that is bad.

When I joined the forum there was a thread titled “the most ketogenic foods” which heavily influenced me and was probably the main reason I made such quick improvements to my T2D.

On the topic of calcium. There is calcium in fish.

This one cropped up at my wife’s prenatal checks.

To get a lot of it you really need to eat the bones so tins of sardines, pilchards and mackeral are very good.

Yes. My wife fries her fish quite heavily so the fish bones tend to become more edible. Each to their own, I suppose and not for me. Yes tinned fish as you say, does the job. I was concerned that my wife wasn’t taking in enough dairy for this reason until the prenatal specialist pointed out that it wasn’t so much of an issue if you eat a lot of fish (bones).
