Type 2 One meal that you feel really helps blood sugar?

I have three meals a day, but I really enjoy breakfast of a three egg, cheese and mushroom omelette, bacon and tomato etc.

Eggs, either with bacon and cheese/spinach, or with cinnamon cacao and a few drops of extra dark chocolate. Maybe a couple of berries and coconut shavings on the side. Salad, either with tuna, capers, olives, mayo, maybe some gherkins and asparagus, or with melted soft goat's cheese with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and some cherry toms. Meat/poultry/fish with cauliflower, broccoli or spinach with bacon and cheese... These are pretty much my go-to's. In restaurants I go for salads without bread/croutons, eggs (ditto) or something with meat, like a bunless burger or steak. I swap fries for salad or veggies.

I love all of the above... Which makes eating meals which agree with me less of a chore.
Are there any meals you guys have - that you eat habitually - that you find really helps you out?

I find a good quality steak doesn't raise my BG.
Few mushrooms cooked in butter and it’s the perfect meal.

Everything that passes my lips seems to do a good job of keeping my glucose and insulin on the floor 24/7. Ketogenic hypercarnivore with a leaning toward fat rather than protein.

Nice plate full of ice cubes....

Or bacon and eggs, over pork chops.

Partly owing to work canteen constraints, I am habitually eating either a full English breakfast (no toast) for my lunch or something that includes omelette, or scrambled egg with bacon and tinned tomato’s. It isn’t doing me any harm.

Eggs, and more eggs.

Bacon, eggs, high meat content sausage, a tomato, loads of mushrooms fried in butter.

Steak, mushrooms, and trimmings

Not eating meals would be far more helpful.. I try to not to eat until past noon at the earliest.
And steak... obviously

Prefer fillet steak, wrapped and tootpicked in bacon and topped with buttered mushrooms. Or poached eggs with room temp Tasmanian salmon on top.

Sirloin steak, Rib-Eye steak, T-Bone steak and just for a bit of a change now and then Porterhouse steak.

Salad with either smoked salmon or cheese, mushroom and cheese omelette or bacon, mushrooms, tomato and eggs - poached, scrambled or fried.
