Optium Test Strip Control Solution Range

So, I need to carry out tests to see if my Freestyle Libre reader is faulty, the sent me Optium strips and solution and told me to let them know if one is out of range. I've looked everywhere, on the Libre manual, the test strip manual and the solution manual, even online but I can't find what "in range" is for each control solution. I asked about in an email but have had no reply. Researching I got the impression the ranges should be printed on the side of the strips or in the manual, but I've found nothing.

If anyone has any idea what the ranges are, I'd be most grateful

@SamElliott1997 Test solution ranges for test solution.

Low: 1.8 - 3.5 mmol/ L. 32-63 mg/dL
Mid: 3.9 - 7.0 mmol/L. 70-126 mg/dL
High: 12.5 - 20.8 mmol/L. 225-375 mg/dL
