I also enjoy Greek yoghurt and fruit but I also add some chia seeds which fill me up more.Fage full fat live Greek yoghurt with some defrosted mixed berries a few sunflower pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top or and 2 squares of 90% lindt chocolate
