Nice argument but, without insulin, someone with Type 1 would die of DKA before withering away.The next time someone says it’s all about CICO and denies the role insulin plays in obesity, ask them to explain why type 1 diabetics wither away and die no matter what they eat unless you give them insulin.

I have never, in 10 years, lost much fat from low carbing. And I have a lot to lose. We are all different.Do they stall?
