Have completed the Boscombe 10k in 52 min 13 secs,PB and previous to that broke my 25 min barrier for the weymouth parkrun (24min 48secs) a PB of -31secs.
This running lark is a real bug and those few miles of pain or exhaustion are soon forgotten when the endorphins kick in followed by the results. Every race has been a PB for me so I'm hoping the same will be the case tomorrow.
The sugar levels remain under control, all is going well and determined to maintain my fitness through the cold winter months. Mid week speed training under street lamps proving very entertaining
