"Andy's full of jelly" could be a good one ;)

I don't eat before, stitch only comes in the longer runs. I out pressure on it which eases it slightly

I think I'm tense as I run because I get incredible shoulder pain, particularly on my right side. Same side as the stitch

lol i like that mantra i may even use it :)

i find it hard to relax my shoulders but its important so i constantly try, try running with your arms straight down and loose for a few seconds, this is very difficult to do but it seems to relax my shoulders, kind of if your were shaking out your hands from pins and needles type thing, also try not to clench your fists if you do, I've read to lightly touch your first finger and thumb together, that is suppose to help your top half relax, being tense apparently knackers you out quicker

2799 so far. No running involved, but when ever I read about other people running I want to go and do it.

And on films too, if ever people are running away from a scary monster or a ticking bomb, I always think 'I'd be dead if that was me'

Give it a try - you can't do any worse than I am! I'd definitely die if I was being chased haha the dog barely even trots beside me, he's still walking!
