Well none of the stuff I've supplied so far would make it onto British telly which is kind of my point.
I have read a lot over the years and I'm an internet news junkie.
Remember people like John Pilger?
Guys like hime find it almost impossible to work for the main stream media because they keep telling the truth which is not what is wanted by the news corporations and the advertisers.
So they become independent news reporters making their own videos and writing on alternative news site.
Take Gadaffi and Libya .... I followed that story with fascination for forty years.
Probably the nearest thing to a revolution for the people that ever happened ... forget Che Guevara as the poster boy of revolutions Gaddafi was the real deal.
A young man approaches seasoned military men and financiers and says this has to stop .... this has to change and they listen to him and back him all the way and the poorest nation on earth becomes the wealthiest population on the Africa continent and possibly one of the wealthiest populations in the world but .... doesn't suit our corporate empire minds for us to think that way but the facts are not the news bulletins and propaganda stories we get fed.
I find it disturbing and fascinating.
The Zionist stuff I posted above .... how do the entire western media get to agree not to cover that stuff .... don't even mention it year after year?
That is the fingerprint of proof that the western media is owned and not in our favour.

What conspiracies have I written about?
I made a post about the election.
It's obvious not many people are interested in domestic or international politics so as Cath mod said I'll just end up talking to myself and abandoning the thread eventuall.
This conspiracy label is all to easy to chuck around when someone doesn't go with the offial story.
The official story that comes from people you know lie and cheat more often than you change your underwear.
I'm still baffled how any of this stuff can be seen as conspiracy theory and I fear for people who can only accept the official world view.

My personal view is we are squeezing every last drop of anything and everything out of the planet in our pursuit of things.
All the things we manufacture and consume come from the earth.
Our great minds great intellects seem unable to figure out any other kind of society we could live in other than a consumer society.
Consume consume consume ill theres nothing left.

I don't have a great mind so I don't know what the answers are.
What I do know is the saying that we are borrowing this planet off future generations is rubbish.

I think politics should be absolutely kept OUT and OFF the forum. Its a sure way to inflame and spoil relations between members. Better to focus on our common interests and concerns.

I think that this is wrong. People went through hardship, were ostracised and even died so I could vote. So I feel that it is my moral duty to exercise that right.
For those who are interested, my first vote was for the greens and there after labour. I try to encourage the young people I work with that it is important for them to vote. I have talked about some of my views and told them that they should read all the manifestos and make their own minds up. But they should find out what's going on in their own countries, the rest of the world and vote.
I have friends and relatives who vote differently to me. That's fine - but they are wrong
Google the word Tory. It's an 18th century term for robber or thief!

Having spent my childhood in poverty and been working all my life in industry, now semi retired and still paying tax and NI, I'll let you figure out who I reluctantly vote for.
Oh yeah been a member of a union for over 45 years.
At least they have rates for retired people!

My biggest beef is that whilst I have never had a day on the dole (nor the wife) when it comes to asking for help because the wife is disabled. They say no straight away!
My pension is slightly over the level that you may have to claim. We have been through all the vigorous court battles, she doesn't get a medical now cos there is no way she can do anything for more than 5 minutes.

If tax was based the same way, on the earnings of both partners or what comes into the household, then a lot more tax would be collected especially from those who should be paying more.

Benefits should apply to everyone on a fair basis. But how do you do that?
There are literally thousands of couples of my age in the same boat. I wished I had never paid for a pension it's a complete rip off!

The government are supposed to look after the disadvantaged and the poor, this government only look after the very rich and big businesses!

Didn't mean to have a rant.

It is evident that benefits should be based on household income. Sadly it isn't!
