Eating anything will not make fat cells - after the first year of life the fat cells do not multiply, they simply expand or contract. Thanks, everybody.
I have been reading that eating fat does not make a person fat. Fat doesn't make fat cells, but carbs do? If that's the case, I think I will try eating hf as well as lc and see if I can lose more weight. I am so happy that despite the carbs I ate this weekend (Thanksgiving weekend here) I didn't gain any weight! But if eating fat won't make fat cells, and will help keep me from getting hungry, I want to try it. I want to convert from carb fuel to fat fuel.
What’s your definition of good fat? What can I eat that has good fat? No avocados, please! I do eat nuts though they are hard on my teeth.
anything with fat, really - people do label fats as 'good' or 'bad' but there is little evidence to show that there is a biological advantage to any in particular. If there is - I have not found it yet. What can I eat that has good fat? No avocados, please! I do eat nuts though they are hard on my teeth.
I think that theory has been disproved.Eating anything will not make fat cells - after the first year of life the fat cells do not multiply, they simply expand or contract.
I saw a photo of the Queen the other day, wearing a lovely rose-colored suit. The first thing I noticed was the bound buttonholes.
