I've been prescribed Sertraline for anxiety and depression but have just read it can affect blood sugar levels!
Does anyone have any experience of this?

I am on a fairly low carb diet, test sugars quite regularly and have been working hard to make sure my levels as close as possible to normal range.

Yes, I have been on sertraline. But the BG rise is negligible and with good control of your BG levels you should be able to offset the slight rise.

As you are prediabetic and on a fairly low carb diet, this should be manageable. And not too concerning.
Try not to over think things as your sertraline helps with your anxiety.
Best wishes.
