For those of us who train in the gym , wanted to know is using creatine and protien powders for body building ok for us with Type 2 Diabetes.
Can or does it have impact on kidney or liver function ?
I have recently started working out, been recomended to add cretine and protien whey and pre work out supplements by Trainer. However I was sceptical and wanted to take inputs from community here and discuss with my GP before starting those supplements.
