is there any mileage in using the off the shelf body building protein drinks as a meal substitute ? , i am type 2 , diagnosed last september and have dropped four stone since on the mediterranean diet and i need to shed another two at least , i train a minimum of 8 hours over seven days , average one hour or more of aerobic work and one of weights , a programme set by the gym instructor , doing great on it , once a week usually weekends it is up to four hours , any suggestions re the drinks folks ?
