I am starting week 2 of my new low carb lifestyle and spent the day preparing for the week ahead. Made cauliflower fried rice WOW it was amazing. I still can't believe it was cauliflower! Next was choc covered almonds and macadamia nuts. 4 squares of 85% choc melted over enough nuts to give me snacks for the next few days. There was even enough choc left in the bowl to add a little cream to and cover strawberries for dessert.

Without this site none of this would have been possible

Its amazing what you can do with a bit of imagination and determination :)

I think I'm going to have to try those chocolate covered strawberries - I used to coat frozen cherries in melted chocolate in the days when I thought I could eat cherries - they were a bit favourite

I got some of the 100% bars for Easter from Hotel Chocolat - it was NOT nice at all - unfortunately it was a pressie from my husband so I had to eat them all and make mummerings of enjoyment so as not to burst his happiness bubble at finding me something I CAN eat. Thank goodness they were only little bars! I think my favourite chocolate is from Aldi - about 75-80% and I also like the 90% from Lindt.
