I am starting week 2 of my new low carb lifestyle and spent the day preparing for the week ahead. Made cauliflower fried rice WOW it was amazing. I still can't believe it was cauliflower! Next was choc covered almonds and macadamia nuts. 4 squares of 85% choc melted over enough nuts to give me snacks for the next few days. There was even enough choc left in the bowl to add a little cream to and cover strawberries for dessert.
