Quickie on Peel.

Farm Foods have frozen ready sliced rhubarb at £1 for 750g. Just defrost as much as you need. I love mine with full fat yogurt :)
Hey, what good news! Since I read in Dr Bernstein's book that rhubarb is allowed on his diet, unlike almost all other fruit, I have been longing for the rhubarb season. IMO stewed rhubarb with high fat Greek yoghurt would be bliss. I have checked out Farm Foods, and this is going to involve a bit of an expedition, but with my free bus pass it will be worthwhile.

I have milled flax seed and a separate mix of milled seeds they can be added to foods - I put a couple of tablespoons in an omelette or salad and that adds fibre.
Good idea about the omelette, I hadn't thought of that. Before, I could eat flax seeds in my morning porridge, but oats no longer exist for me.

I have plenty of flaxseed every day (milled). I put it on all foods. This lunch time I had a 2 egg mayo with cherry toms and covered it all in milled flaxseed. I also eat the Lidl HP rolls, half at a time. They have loads of fibre from seeds. I certainly would never go down the medication route.
