Where did you get that information from?Most of the population can safely eat 3 a day but if you have diabetes u can increase your risk of Heart problems if u eat more than one a day.

Where have you read that? How can eggs increase risk of heart disease?

Really? oh that's good news then!!It was, about 10 years ago. Medical science moves on. It is known (not guessed) that cholesterol from eggs and other foods does not increase the cholesterol in our bodies. Our livers make 85% of our body cholesterol.

Thanks Kaylz91, Think I’m taking the recipes too literally! I’ll skip breakfast and scoff an omelette for lunch. Would like to know how many eggs you can safely eat a week though?
