Rain curtailed outside work and cut down steps. When it dried up I took digs on long walk - as they are 12 and 13 a 500 acre area all to themselves really tires them out. Managed 15K steps on pedometer so a draw between me and laziness.
@Geoffno6 The basic outline of when and what my situation was is in my signature. To flesh out a little more I am retired and have a kind of home gym which was mostly in place by August 2016. I have recently ordered a rowing machine and will resume some very selected light weights on machine I have and free weights - I have a genetic back issue. The bulk of what I did and still do is on exercise bike and dog walking. I have taken a Nordic walking course and am learning to swim - slow progress. You definitely beat laziness but got beaten by personal targets and determination to do better. When did you start all this and what was your situation?
A day of shopping until i dropped as i have lost so much weight nothing would fit me. Sore feet but it was a good work out.. Second time i'v had to shop for clothes now so just have to maintain my weight.

Hope this fills in details and if it helps good if not let me know.
In what way? Type 2. Dx of 7.9 in June 2015 went down to 5.8 in Dec 2015 and remained 5.5 to 5.6 since. Was on 500 mg metformin x2 until I stopped in June 2018. In March eye test showed any damage reversed. I would say I have a poor but not life threatening control at the moment. Is that helpful?Thx Ian, but what’s your history with diabetes if you don’t mind me asking.
