How about walking upstairs, hand posed just above the hand rail ready to grab? Even going very slowly with lots of pauses, stairs are great exercise and you could be developing your balance as well as your glutes and quads.MSK chap has asked me to start walking up an incline without my crutch
As you are doing, I always drag my feet and postpone for ages when I have to get started with a new piece of tech. And when I have finally taken the plunge, I kick myself to find it wasn't so hard after all. Congratulations on the new Fitbit. I find mine wonderfully entertaining and motivating.Note to self: I must start using fit bit xmas present.
I'm very wobbly. I think I'm fearing a fall so much its like vertigo. Head spinning and holding breath. How about walking upstairs, hand posed just above the hand rail ready to grab? How about recruiting someone to be by your side, arm ready to be grabbed and ready to grab YOU if you seem to be tottering too much. Of course, I could just be getting lazyHave missed posting the past couple of days. Like @ianpspurs just ticking over. Weekend will need to see increased action and return to swimming pool. Yesterday a measly 9,670 steps, Weds 11,550.
