Welcome, and very well done on your achievements so far.

4 miles walking today. Less than my 10,000 steps but then I did more yesterday. Away over Christmas so don't know how it will work exercise wise or if posting will be easy. Happy Christmas.

An hour each on Tue and Wed. Merry Christmas all...

Yesterday was sat in car travelling most of day so no walking. A little today but too cold to do much.

Travelling yesterday too but a dog walk in the evening and will have a walk after lunch. Rainy here...

Well - Christmas and all my plans for daily walks have disappeared into a bad cold and I've spent more than an average amount of time in bed and sleeping! I might try a short walk today but am still at a stage where an attack of coughing can start at any time. Interestingly, my BS results seem much of a muchness!

Hope you feel better soon - take care.

6 miles today - lovely country walks - shame about the rain but at least I got out. Up to Scotland for 2 days then back to Lancashire before heading back to London. Hopefully will get out for walks.

Managed to peel myself out of my favourite armchair for a slow 8km this morning. Weather has been all over the place - wet then hot then windy then unseasonably cold - not conducive to planned exercise so having to make it up as we go. Getting a bit desperate for a kayak!

Holidays should come more often!

Swimming today. Also v. proud of my daughter who can now manage half a width all on her own!
Hope those of you 'up north' are not flooded.

Great thread, I must try to be more consistent with my exercise now, so will try to log it here. I did five mins on the treadmill today (walking, with incline). I should have gone for a walk "around the block" which is about a mile as well, but faffed around and didn't get to it.

I walk a bit at work, I think we must do about a mile throughout the day as we have to move between buildings, with some stairs too. I used to go out for a walk at lunchtime but found the pavements too busy (city centre high school). I get to work very early to miss the traffic, so I could use the gym but I'm too embarrassed at the moment, so might try just doing the staff staircase a couple of times where no one can see me!

I also like doing EA sports step on the wii, but again I'm inconsistent. Maybe logging here will help!
