Just read the telegraph article about reheated pasta making substantially less impact on blood sugar. Anyone tried it yet? I'm intrigued!

there was a thread already - look for resistive carbs

Think @douglas99 tried it and reported

Pasta is just the worse thing for me for BS.Im fine with a couple of small potatoes,or a small amount of rice.

We have a gluten free pasta down here (sure it's available in the UK) and it doesn't play up with my BS at all, whether it is fresh or reheated.

I have to say that reheated is terrific. No big plates mind you, just a good breakfast

No way I would have a wheat based version though.

I just mix it with fried chicken (no skin), a little onion, some light cream, some chives and have it twice a week.
