Relief After Hba1c Result For Second Quarter

I was a bit worried about this one as I havent had much time to think about me or what I eat lately. Anyway came out at 37 mmol which is down from 41 in March. Chol down slightly dont understand how these figures stack up. Serum HDL chol was 2.02. Serum chol 6.16. Chol HDL ratio 3.
Anyway very relieved and grateful to forumites for endless support, advice, education and cheering up!
Going to the pub with hubby soon for steak and salad and a cold glass of rose.

That is a tremendous achievement, both the HbA1c and the cholesterol.

Your HDL is extremely good, as is the ratio. Trigs not counted? Shame if not.

Thanks so much @Bluetit1802 the more I am on here the more I appreciate your contribution, to all of us! It hasn't always been easy but its the only way to go forward I believe.
