Guys,
I bought some frozen chopped rhubarb from Farm Foods (£1 per kilo!!)
Take 300g, put in a microwave bowl, add about 30 mills of water and microwave for approx 7 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons of powdered sweetener, stir in 3 tables spoons of greek Yoghurt.
Stir it all up, then eat.
You get a great big bowl, tastes like rhubarb and custard, nice and sweet and less than 6 grams of carbs!!!. In fact when you add the "fibre effect" its less than that!!
Lo Carb, Lo Calories and very filling..
