What is RHfitness?
 
He's a fairly potty mouthed trainer who promotes a caloric deficit weight loss program.
Amusing videos but a bit thin on the science I think.. So no I wouldn't follow his plan for weight loss.

Can't do the caloric deficit whatchamacallit!

But have be known to use colourful language quite often.

I fail to see how " potty mouthed " bears any relevance.
Let's not forget that " w*nking " is probably just as potty mouthed.;);););)

I was just reporting on what appears on his facebook page/videos.. he swears a lot.. personally I don't give a sh*t but some people on here don't like bad language.. oops
