Good morning everyone,
As I have already posted I have been doing Rosemary Conley diet since about October of last year. So far lost just over 2 stone and I feel amazing.
Anyway few weeks ago I had my bloods taken for my usual diabetic check up and yesterday I got home from shopping to a letter from doctors saying they needed to redone.
i rang my doctors and the letter was a mistake - but my blood results had been noted on the screen and there was a note on there stating 'excellent control'.
i was beyond happy!!!
not only am i 2 stone lighter, my dress size gone down a good 2 sizes and now I am getting these type of comments.
I am going to hit this year head on and get to my ideal weight.
just wanted to share as very excited as you can probably tell! Xx
