I am much the same! I nearly always think if things become a little unpredictable it's because I am unwell. However, I suppose I am slightly more worried than usual re. being unwell as it's my cancer blood test and appointment next. Has it metastasized?
Interesting though. At age 66 and 57 years a diabetic it can still surprise, and really annoy me!

Wow, I wish I could achieve those sort of times - well done.

Park runs are a fabulous way to meet nice people with one common interest and to get exercise too - winner winner chicken dinner !

Well, I just managed 23 minute Parkrun. Put me well over 70% on wava score. Big spike on completion - 12.9. I always find this slightly strange. I need more insulin and less food. Surely that's wrong! Not quite 50 minute 10k but it was on forest trails.
Short tandem ride yesterday -25 miles - but I always find riding the bike gives me far more predictable BG results.
Cancer blood test this morning. All clear by next week's appointment hopefully.

48.30 10k event at the weekend.
Cancer clear, probably. I have agreed to an earlier than usual scan.

Fantastic news Fern, glad to hear the result is clear.

I have a friend currently undergoing breast cancer treatment, it's an extremely tiring process for her and her life is on hold, but the care has been amazing.

Well done on the times, I am a slow but steady plodder, it's all about the finish not the time for me but have great respect for anyone who can run at that sort of pace, I have entered a few challenges this year, got a 10k on Sunday and am doing a 5 mile challenge with 3 races during the week this month, I think i've cracked the hypos during evening runs but still go high-ish on morning parkruns too.
