As I have been under orders by my consultant endocrinologist to try rye bread with my evening meals to increase my carbs at my evening meal, so whilst out shopping, I found a loaf with approximately 25g per slice, so half a slice I had with my meal of roast pork and salad.
My pre meal reading was 4.2, and I had not ate since just before three o'clock.
So I will do the hour and two hours and maybe three, just before I have my supper.
Not to keen on the taste, but I will persevere, might have half a slice toasted in morning instead of my usual Burgen.
