T2 is Heinz salad cream very high in carbs . Is there an alternative

Depends how many carbs your looking for? Only a couple of grams of carbs per serving in most cases. Mayo is lower.

I use Hellmans (full fat) or avocado oil mayonnaise, or sometimes my own mix, e.g. sour cream with a splash or lemon or lime juice or a small dollop of mustard.

Two to three grams per tablespoon of sauce.... I'd just go for a decent mayo instead. Or try olive oil and apple cider vinegar, that's nice too.

Besides the carbohydrate, which is probably minimal, I would personally be more concerned with the ingredients. Making your own mayonnaise using [real] extra virgin olive way is the way forward.
