Same here!!! Hours and hours and fasting goes higher even with just a handful!! Nut butters do the same. Weird!! Or just D !!!!Salted peanuts are guaranteed to raise my levels for 8-15 hours after eating just a tiny pack. Walnuts ok for me..

Salted peanuts have the lowest GI of all so there is no mystery here. The lower the GI the later the spike.
