Sglt2 Sticky Post Has Been Updated

I have added some new study reports to the sticky post for SGLT2 meds. For some reason an edit of a sticky does not seem to get noted in the Recent Posts section, hence this bump to make it visible for anyone taking this medication.

A post edit doesn't shift any post up the recent posts lists, no matter the edit or where the thread is located. Only new posts will move posts.
