Could you clarify your timings, please. 7pm felt shaky, 4pm had boiled egg.

had had a snack at 4pm..should not have felt so hungry but at 7pm felt shaky....

Sounds like a hypo. Have a glucose tablet or 1/4 of a banana or something similar and relax. That's how I deal with hypos. You need to eat something immediately that will get into your blood asap. There's no time for cooking. I normally feel totally fine after 25 minutes. This morning while on the job (not a place to test blood sugar) I realized I was going too low so I drank some cream with 1 teaspoon sugar.last night about 7 pm i got alll shaky and weak got very .hungry all of a sudden had snack about 4pm i had to rush down stairs for a drink had boiled egg toast it took about a hour and a .half before i felt a bit better
