It is suitable to eat sheep meat and liver sheep
I don't know if meat and liver is good for type 2
or not
For me no problem with my cholesterol

can someone help me
Thanks

When considering what to eat, there being some possible and tenuous connection between a food containing cholesterol which could perhaps maybe increase your chances of ill health at some time in the future is far outweighed by the amount of carbohydrate a food contains which will most definitely and immediately cause an increase in blood sugar causing problems with your metabolism and the consequences of damage to blood vessels.

You can eat all meat and offal as a T2, except in your case as a Muslim, pig meat and it's side products of ham and bacon are off limits.

Thank you for providing all this information
On the whole I'm not a meat-eating enthusiast just a religious occasion

I had sheep meat for my meal earlier. Delicious! Any meat is good for diabetics as long as it is not coated in sauces or breads.
Hi Blutit1802
Not eaten a year ago I was afraid of it has a lot of fat

There are three different ages and size with sheep, you have lambs with a small amount of fat, next is hogget they have a bit more, then you have mutton being the oldest which have the most fat.

These observations re fat coverage are from my meat industry experience with them here in Australia, so it could be different in your country.

Goat meat has a smaller coverage of fat so that may be alright for you to eat

Lamb is my favourite meat, I eat it once or twice per week and do not suffer lethargy with it. I have not seen any evidence to support this though there are spurious reports about red meat being harmful in the press a lot just lately.

Even healthy people, when they eat too much lamb, feel tired
Doctors here do not advise diabetics to eat sheep meat In fact I do not know why
your link does not work.

I am surrounded by sheep and lamb is one of our staple foods when we can afford it. Its one of the best meats you can have as its grass fed.
