a few nights my fella wasn't feeling very well , he was irratable, shaking and sweating so i tested his blood sugars (he is not diabetic) his bg was 2.7 ! he then started vomiting a lot . he had eaten a few hours before a roast dinner. he had had no alcohol with dinner . i got him to drink some milk to bring his bg's up. 30 mins later his bg's were 8.1 .

As it was a few nights ago, he has obviously recovered to normal, but if he is worried he should definately see his GP.

I agree with the others. Even if he was Diabetic his blood sugar shouldn't go that low unless he was on insulin or certain tablets. I would certainly see the GP and perhaps monitor his blood sugar from time to time
