Hi guys. I've just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a week ago. My doctor told me to exercise as much as I can and watch my diet. Im a skinny type 2. Within a week of healthy eating and living, i found that i have eliminated excessive thirst and fatigue. Im no longer as thirsty as before and as for fatigue, I still feel it sometimes but it is not as extreme as the past few weeks. Is this some sort of improvement or progress? Would appreciate it if someone could shed some light here. Thanks
