- okra. Cigarette smoke, old, new, and permeating a room, wafting from a balcony, etc etc. That I have so many chronic diseases. That I take so very many meds. Being cold. Anything too loud, but specifically non-classical music and the television.
I’m sitting here 2 hr after my breakfast started, having just finished the solid food and just begun the coffee part. BG was reflective of this just now.
So my meals tend to be working meals. Bfast I’m feeding the cats, doing various housework/business management/possible damage control of family member. Or, on the road to someplace.
Lunch is only sometimes a sit-down meal, either playing here on forum or paying bills etc. Other times it’s exactly as breakfast. Right, feeding cats too.
Supper is feeding cats (yes these are special diet cats <eyeroll>), and sometimes sitting down. That may be sitting in the car driving to work, or may be pure exhaustion with feet up.
Mr ZF and I never sit down together for supper any more: I eat at 6:00 and he eats between 9:00 and 10:30, depending on when he got home from office or swim.
All the meals take a good long time, can be hours, to eat. I won’t gobble, and food needs chewed! I try to do the “in the moment” thing that maybe @Emma_369 has mentioned.
What do others do (if you want to play this game!)?
Edit to remove pic that wasn’t going to show. A busy coffee mug, nothing exciting.
