Six months with HbA1C on 30 or below without medication

So. Was at my doctors today for a check of my blood pressure. For the first time he actually cut my dose in half of Amlodipin from 10mg to 5mg a day.

I had also managed to loose 9 kg. since August 12th despite several family birthdays and my own birthday. My HbA1C was in the period lowered from 30 to 27.

I've have now stayed on or below 30 in HBa1C in over 6 months without any medication. I'm a little proud of myself.

It's a kind of LCHF I guess. In general:

Breakfast:
Mon - Thu: 1 egg and 1 orange or 150 gr. strawberry
Fri - Sun 30 gr of oatmeal (oatmeal only. No added sugar or fruit) and 1 orange or 150 gr. strawberries.

Lunch:

Minimum 300 gr. vegetables
120 gr. fish/smoked fish/chicken/turkey etc

Dinner:

Minimum 300 gr. vegetables
220 gr. fish/turkey/chicken/veal etc.
120 gr. bread with 30 gr. margarine

Three times a week high protein meat like beef, pork etc.

Dessert:

200 gr. blackberries and 125 gr. greek youghurt 10%

Snack:
200 gr. raspberries and 125 gr. greek youghurt 10%
 
What a Star! Well done that Man.
 
Was out buying new trousers today. Started in week 42 2018 in size 54. Todays trousers are size 40.
