Snack attack

Hartleys 10cal jellies if you fancy something sweet, less that 1g carb each!

Lindt 85% or 90% chocolate - be disciplined though - just one or two squares.
Strawberries and cream
sugar free jelly made with diet lemonade or diet ginger beer - very yummy!
Cheese dipped in marmite - love it or hate it.

Any low carb food but apart from scratchings, very little you can buy at a garage although some do nuts and cheese in small portions. Just eat food.

Pecans, raspberries, strawberries, olives, homemade deep fried courgette/celeriac/green cabbage/crisps and onion rings, Cavalier chocolates (sweetened with Stevia), smoked salmon, sliced turkey or chicken wrapped in lettuce, homemade low carb Keto cakes.

I know this is really lazy but I like a packet of already cooked streaky bacon rashers in the fridge and when I fancy something savory I'll have 2 or 3.

I like a a slice or mature cheese also..

Clearspring Seaveg Crispies. 1.6g carbs per 5g pack (a small amount but they are quite strong). Not cheap but they certainly hit the 'I NEED crisps' spot and I am in danger of becoming addicted to them. Other brands available!
