Kicking myself at the moment for having thrown out some really nice stuff which I could do with now. But, that's the way of things in this funny old world. Nice feeling though isn't it.

- Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)

And keep up the good work, I found that seeing my old clothes that were too large to fit me was a great motivation to keep the weight off :thumbup:
And I got a real buzz out of taking bags of clothes that were too big for me to charity shops, knowing that I'd never be needing them again. Its things like that that help reinforce a PMA a positive mental attitude
