Don't beat yourself up. Once you get in to the lchf way, you won't feel like eating sweeties and ****. The food is so filling and delicious...and it makes you feel better!

Dont be hard on yourself, over christmas I was terrible for 7 whole days! I dont understand how I used to eat like that, I started feeling ****. Ive cut the carbs mostly the last week or so, but decided yesterday was d day. Now im back to very low carbs. Struggling but determined.
l have 2 chunks of chocolate at night stop at 2 cause otherwise l would do the whole bar. Lindt 90% dark chocolate 14gram carbs/100g l think there is lower at lidl but not looked yet, From advice here l try to go for foods at less than 4grm/100grm but this is a treat and l have aprox 18gram/night.
