When we say high fat, what we mean is we don't avoid natural sat fats that are found in real food products like dairy, such as eggs, cheese, cream,or fats found in meat, fish, nuts, avacados etc
Has not harmed me, my cholesterol and triglyceride levels have fallen dramatically. We're not talking about chewing on a lump of lamb fat here, think more along the lines of oily fish, olive oils, butter and cheese.
Low Carb High Fat. If you are very low carbing you need some fat for fuel as it were - good fats such as butter ,cream, olive oil full fat greek yoghurt, avocados, - none of this low fat nonsense!! When low carbing you can't really eat that much fat anyway - no bread to put your butter on just a bit on your veg for example, cream in your coffee. Don't worry about fat on meat either, it's OK. When you've lost most of the weight then is the time to be more aware of the carb/calorie balance. Good luck with it all.
