Sore injection site getting worse

Hi everyone,
Not sure if anyone has had this similar experience so wanted to see if I should be worried or not.
I have a very sore red and bruised injection site on my leg and have done for at least a month now.. my only concern is that the lump seems to have changed shape a bit ( gotten bigger if anything), is a bit squishy and has gotten more painful as the weeks have passed. I've had lumps and bruises from bad injections in the past but nothing like this. It's still inflamed, red/bruised and if I catch it wrong or apply pressure it's very painful like a burning sensation almost.
Should I be concerned and get this looked at or wait it out and see if it improves with a bit more time?

Any inflammation that has got worse over the last month should be investigated regardless whether it was caused by injection or anything else.
Please make an appointment with your GP and get it investigated asap.

Yes, this should not happen from an insulin injection. Do seek medical help

I agree with everyone else, you should get this seen sooner rather than later. Hope you get it sorted soon.
