Just adding a picture to this thread because I bought some seeds and now have two plants that are thriving. And here is the first (picked) spaghetti squash. (Google said they were ready to pick as soon as they are a bit bigger than your hand so maybe I've left it a bit late??? Cooking suggestions welcome.

Looks delicious and I'm moderately low carb but not keto, so might get away with a small portion.I'm not sure if you follow a low-carb diet, because the recipe contains flour and quite a lot of oil for frying.
Now I want spaghetti squash, but the first harvest is still half a year away![]()
