I'll try. I shouldn't have joked about skiving, because I feel so tired and down today. I can't just yet, I'll may be just walk out for 5 mins and then come back, that will be a start. Can't face it just yet though.

So I walked for 18 mins and then went next door to carry a full watering can to their greenhouse so I can water the plants tonight, so I'm counting that as 20 in total. I don't normally add on those little bits of exercise, but I need to today because I might not be doing anymore. My muscles hurt and I am more tired than when I walked 14 miles in a day on holiday. So I might not put in the full 40 mins today but I have put in lots of effort. Definitely not a skive day and I'm proud of myself for that.
Going to Glasgow for proms in the park. I will be doing a lot of walking. I fell off my shoes last night . Look at my sore arm lol

Arm wrestling when you're getting chest pains? Be careful!!!I thought I'd try to do my next 20 mins walk but only managed 13 mins, I had to turn back because of muscle pains in my chest again. I did some arm wrestling with my son, so I hope that counts. He won easily when we did left arm wrestling, but it took a long time to beat me when we wrestled with our right arms (and yes we're both right handed)
